Metal Additive Manufacturing Powders-depreceated

BPP is excited to expand our product offering to include Metal Additive Manufacturing Powders.  We offer the widely used 718 (UNS N07718), Maraging Steel (18Ni 300, DIN 1.2709), 17-4 PH (DIN 1.4542), UNS 31358, UNS N06225 (DIN 2.4856) and Stainless Steel.

– Particle size distribution 15 – 63 µm, please see Data Sheets for exact PSD and chemistries.

– 10 kg containers are in-stock and available for immediate delivery.

– Powders are suitable for: powder bed fusion (PBF), laser powder bed fusion (LPBF/LBF), selective laser melting/sintering (SLM/SLS) additive technologies.

Powder is produced on the latest atomization technologies and tested in-house by our partners. This ensures you only receive the highest quality powder for your metal AM production needs.

UNS N60225DIN 2.4856Download
Data Sheet
UNS N06625 is nickel based alloy, which can be hardened by solid solution strengthening mechanism. Parts made from UNS N06625 has combination of high tensile, creep and fatigue properties. Parts manufactured from UNS N06625 exhibit good oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance. UNS N06625 is widely used into aerospace, marine and oil & gas fields.
17-4 PHDIN 1.4542Download
Data Sheet
Parts made from stainless steel 17-4PH can be machined, spark-eroded, welded, micro shot peened, polished and coated if required. The proper hardness and mechanical properties of parts made by stainless steel 17-4PH can be achieved by solution annealing and aging treatments. Stainless steel 17-4PH is widely used as the structural material in aerospace, petrochemical, power plants and marine fields, due to its high tensile properties, toughness and corrosion resistance at service temperature below 300˚C.

Data Sheet
AM Stainless Powder Material is a precipitation hardening stainless powder suitable for parts where a good combination of strength and corrosion resistance is needed. The powder has chemical composition as below and is gas atomized through induction melting and atomization under inert to gas and later tested ensure the product quality. The powder is easy to print and works in most LPBF machines with low pre-heating.The material properties for the grade can be improved by heat treatment after printing and an ageing is recommended.  An ageing at 500-550°C would give a hardness of about 48HRC.
