Pricing and Discounts

Please note that we service Canada from Coast to Coast. Prices found on our web site are only valid for online orders. Fax or Phone orders cannot be accepted at the prices listed on the site.

Privacy

We consider the information you choose to share with us personal and confidential. We will not sell or share any of your information without your express consent. For more information, please click here.

Shipping & Handling

We know that when you need flat ground stock, you need it yesterday. This is why we normally ship in-stock items ordered by 12pm EST Monday – Friday the same day you placed your order.

Please inspect the condition of your purchase at the time of delivery and report any damage immediately to the carrier driver for claims processing.

If you request expedited shipping, you will be charged extra for the shipping and handling cost. You will be informed of the amount via e-mail notification.

Returns

BuffaloPrecision.com only stocks and sells high quality products! However, should the need arise to return a product you ordered, you must first get a “Return Material Authorization” Number (RMA).

Please e-mail us at sales.canada@buffaloprecision.com. You will receive an RMA with shipping instructions by return e-mail or fax. RMA numbers are valid for 14 days from date of issue.

Non-defective products are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Return shipment cost is the responsibility of the customer.

Special Orders / Out-of-Stock Orders / Buyouts

The same day shipment guarantee does not apply to out-of-stock items, special buy-outs, or special orders. Out of stock items usually ship within 2-3 business days.

Security

Because your information security is our highest priority, BuffaloPrecision.com has taken extreme steps to ensure that your payment information is processed confidentially and accurately.

Our site employs the latest version of Secure Socket Layer Technology (SSL). Your browser should display a “lock” or a “key” icon in the corner of your screen when a secure connection is made. Alternatively, you can check by looking at the URL bar on top of your browser. This line will typically show the first characters as “https” when a secure connection has been established. The more commonly used version, “http,” indicates a connection that is not secure. For more information, click here.
